2021 Holiday Event at the Gazebo

On Sunday, December 12th from 3:30 – 5:30 pm, the CHNA provided a festive holiday gathering at the Gazebo that was attended by over 50 neighbors. The event featured music, caroling, hot cider, hot chocolate, donut holes and Christmas cookies as neighbors gathered to socialize around a large firepit.

Neighbors old and new enjoyed the spirit and camaraderie of our community. The weather cooperated and the decorated Christmas tree at the Gazebo provided the perfect setting. And in keeping with tradition, neighbors made sock and/or monetary donations to the clothing closet of Beyond the Sanctuary, a community outreach group of the Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church.

Many thanks to Debby Onslow, Joanie Fraver and Nancy Bernola for organizing the event, to Debby Onslow for donating the paper products, to Billy Wagner for providing the speakers for our music, to Bill Kelly for loaning his keyboard, to Rob Goodling for leading us in caroling, and to Lew Jones for funding the event. And kudos to Pete Fraver and Jeff Holdsworth for all of their help in set-up and clean-up!
