South Washington Street recently gained a new resident—Stephen John Christopher Felsen and he’s a handsome addition.
The blue-eyed boy, who arrived on November 2, weighed in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 21 inches long. Proud parents Christina and Joe Felsen, are current chairpersons of the Security Committee for the Corn Hill Arts Festival.
