The January 25 topic is “It’s About time” and will focus on the history of clock making in America. An enthusiastic collector will be present and attendees will have the opportunity to view the expansive collection owned by the DAR museum and to ask questions of a modern day inventor.

On February 22, the topic will be “Forgotten Patriots–African-American & American Indian Patriots of the Revolutionary War.” A publication identifying over 6,600 names will include details of the documented service of these patriots along with historical commentary on happenings of the time.

These afternoons will be hosted at Corn Hill’s historic Hervey Ely Mansion, 138 Troup Street.
