spccThe SPCC Healthy Families Program is growing and needs our help. The non-profit organization located at 148 S. Fitzhugh St. is looking for creative ways to acquire more parking spots in the neighborhood.

According to Manager Clarice Lazary, they have the largest number of on-street parking passes that they can have. The paid lot on Exchange St. at the end of S. Fitzhugh is full, and a call has been made to Mark IV for the lot along the river.

“Our greatest needs are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.,” says Ms. Lazary. “We would be open to parking in residential driveways and we have funds to support this. I am turning to the Corn Hill Neighbors Association to see if you have insight regarding this. Please contact me at 585-325-6101, ext. 237, or email [email protected]. Thanks in advance, for any and all info!”
