Corn Hill Neighbors AssociationNow that the Corn Hill neighborhood has ratified a revision of our By-Laws, an amendment of our Certificate of Incorporation is also necessary before we can petition to change our Not-For-Profit organization from a 501-C4 to a 501-C3 status.

These changes, required by the recent New York State Revitalization Act, were voted on and passed by the CHNA board of directors at their December meeting but still require a neighborhood vote, which will occur on January 11, 2016 at our General Meeting in the lower level conference room of 133 S. Fitzhugh Street at 7:30 p.m.

Neighbors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the changes in this amendment so that they can offer an informed vote at this meeting.
