The Corn Hill Preservation District, designated by the City of Rochester in 1977, has boundaries similar to those of the National Register district, except its eastern edge is the centerline of Plymouth Avenue. Streets entirely within the district are Eagle, Greenwood and Washington; streets partly in the district are Adams, Beaver, Peach, Garden, Troup, Atkinson, South Plymouth Avenue, Goldsmith Place and Livingston Place. As with the National Register district, several city-designated landmark properties are just outside this district, and include 97 Adams Street, 123, 129 and 149 Fitzhugh Street
