October Festival Management Team Meeting

Our Kick-Off meeting will be held Sunday, October 17, 6-7 PM, at Hoyt-Potter (Formerly The Landmark Society of Western NY).
Spend some time preparing the following documents:
- A summary of major tasks you and your committee need to complete between now and the Festival – this can be a very high-level overview.
- Your budget proposal. Assume we will not be making any major changes to the format of the 2019 Festival, however, do include any opportunities for improvements as well as cost savings.
- Any immediate concerns or risks you have.
