This week, residents of the zip codes listed below will have the opportunity to register for their COVID vaccination at the former Kodak Hawkeye Vaccine Distribution Site (1345 St. Paul Street, Rochester). FEMA is partnering with NYS to administer approx. 1,000 doses/day. Appointments are required, and it is NOT a drive-thru event.
The first week of scheduling — starting Wednesday at 8am — will be limited to individuals living in specific zips with lower vaccination rates: 14603, 14604, 14605, 14606, 14608, 14609, 14611, 14613, 14614, 14615, 14619, and 14621. It will then open up to additional residents.
Right now, the only way to reserve an appointment will be via phone (New York State COVID-19 Hotline: 1-833-NYS-4-VAX (1-833-697-4829) or on the “NYS “Am I Eligible” site.
