Engaging Customers and Community through technology
The Department of Social Security (“DSS”) will be engaging in new business solutions by automating services that deliver social security numbers, social security cards and disability verification letters in the immediate future. These services affect a large portion of our community. COTSNA is ready to engage the DSS and lead the discussion/training for community leaders. In this symposium we will explore using the Department of Social Security’s website to achieve measurable results by enhancing local customer response centers to allow residents, not otherwise efficient in navigating the web, to receive assistance in obtaining information from the department of Social security.
