Take advantage of discount pricing (only $5 for adults, $2 for children) by RESERVING YOUR SPACE IN ADVANCE. Provide your name, number of adults and children and mail with your check (payable to CHNA) to 133 South Fitzhugh Street Rochester, NY 14608.
Cut off date for advanced reservations is Tuesday, October 2nd.
The event features a live Oompah band, a traditional Bavarian menu and a beer tasting. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for children and those who prefer not to partake of the beer. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter the beer tasting room.
Guests will be serenaded on the front lawn of the Hervey-Ely House by The Krazy Fireman Band. The band’s versatility keeps them in constant demand for a variety of repeat engagements at various locations. Whether called upon to lead an Oktoberfest celebration or a gala black tie affair, The Krazy Firemen are comfortable in all music venues. Playing everything from Strauss waltzes, circus marches, old time rock & roll to country western, The Krazy Firemen deliver performances that leave audiences cheering!
Paradise Catering has created a fabulous menu of chicken and pork schnitzel, bratwurst sausage, German potato salad, red cabbage, sauerkraut, cole-slaw, potato pancakes with apple sauce and apple strüdel.
The beer tasting segment will be conducted by Fausto Angotti of the Brühas. Quoting from their web site, “The Brühas conducts private beer tastings that are deliciously entertaining and enlightening journeys into all aspects of beer. Our mission is simply to celebrate beer and share that love with others.”
