The Corn Hill neighborhood is saying good-bye to Adams Street Recreation Director Joe Diliberto. In a note to the CHNA, Joe offered these remarks: “I would like to thank the Corn Hill Neighborhood for 16 years of friendship and making me part of this wonderful community. I have made many friends and enjoyed working with youth, teens and adults over the years. Working here has been a blessing. I will be moving to the South Avenue Recreation Center starting July 1st and look forward to working with a new community, staff, and participants. Again, thank you for letting me be part of this wonderful and 1st class neighborhood!”
Corn Hill neighbors will remember the many improvements Joe has brought to our Rec. Center. During his tenure we have appreciated his willingness to listen to our concerns and to follow through with changes and programs that have made our center a positive gathering place for youth as well as for adults. We wish him well and will look forward to meeting and working with our new director, Sheila Keterly. Thank you Joe for 16 years of dedicated service to our Corn Hill neighborhood!
