All Corn Hill resident and property owners are automatically members of the Corn Hill Neighbors Association (CHNA).
All association members may vote on issues presented during a CHNA General Meeting, on the yearly budget, and for the board of directors.
All association members are required to register yearly to be eligible to vote. Registrations expire every August 31.
To register, you must submit a completed voter registration form along with proof of Corn Hill residency or ownership of Corn Hill property. Absentee ballots are not permitted. Acceptable documentation includes: your driver’s license, a billing statement, an envelope showing your name, address and cancelled stamp, etc.
If you are unable to attend the General Meeting, you can use the “Voter Registration PROXY” form and assign another registered member to vote for you.
Both ‘Registration’ and ‘Proxy Registration’ forms are published in the September Gazette, are available at all General Meetings, are available at the association office or may be printed from this website.
All CHNA voting will take place at the CHNA offices, 133 South Fitzhugh Street, lower lever conference room – North entrance. (See News & Events page for dates and times.)
