This group takes the lead on community outreach efforts and is the association’s interface to the city of Rochester and local organizations. Their mission includes a proactive role in zoning issues, problem properties, riverfront development planning, the Sector V planning committee (part of the “Neighbors Building Neighborhoods” program) and partnering with the South Wedge community on the South Wedge/Corn Hill Tool Library. The development committee also sponsors events like the annual Halloween Children’s Party and the Holiday Tour of Homes.
